- Health information you provide: cycle data, symptoms, mood entries, journal entries, pregnancy tracking data
- Payment and delivery information: for Herpride Pad subscriptions and insurance premium payments
- Location data: used to determine delivery availability and, where applicable, insurance eligibility by region
- Community content: anything you post or share within the Community feature
- Communications: messages exchanged with health professionals through the app

- To provide cycle, pregnancy, and mood tracking and predictions
- To administer your insurance policy and process claims
- To fulfill and deliver Herpride Pad subscription orders
- To connect you with health professionals you message in-app

- To send you service updates, and, where you've opted in, marketing

- With our insurance underwriting partner(s), solely to administer your policy
- With delivery/logistics partners, solely to fulfill Herpride Pad orders
- With licensed health professionals you choose to message in-app

- We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, or as required by law (including insurance recordkeeping requirements). You may request deletion of your account and data at any time through account settings or by contacting us.
Children
Herpride is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
Your Rights
